1. About Video Publisher Agent

Video Publisher Agent is a private desktop application developed and used solely by its owner to assist with the creation and publication of original video content to the owner's own YouTube channel.

The application is not offered, sold, licensed or distributed to third parties and does not provide services to external users.

2. Use of YouTube API Services

Video Publisher Agent uses YouTube API Services, including the YouTube Data API, and Google OAuth 2.0 to perform authorized operations on the owner's YouTube account.

By using Video Publisher Agent and its YouTube-related functionality, the user agrees to comply with the YouTube Terms of Service, the YouTube API Services Terms of Service and the YouTube API Services Developer Policies.

3. Authorized Use

The application may only access a YouTube account after authorization through Google OAuth 2.0.

Video Publisher Agent currently uses YouTube API Services to upload original videos and associated metadata, including titles and descriptions, to the authorized account.

The application must not be used to upload content that violates applicable law, the YouTube Terms of Service, YouTube Community Guidelines, copyright rules or other applicable YouTube policies.

4. Account Access and Authorization

Access to the YouTube account is granted through Google OAuth 2.0. The application does not request or store the user's Google password.

Authorization may be revoked at any time through the user's Google Account permissions.

When authorization is revoked or the application is no longer used, locally stored OAuth tokens and authorized Google/YouTube API data will be deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.

5. Data and Privacy

Information about the data accessed, stored and deleted by Video Publisher Agent is described in the application's Privacy Policy. 

Video Publisher Agent does not sell, share or disclose authorized Google or YouTube API data to third parties.

6. Intellectual Property and Content

The owner of Video Publisher Agent is responsible for ensuring that videos, images, audio, metadata and other content uploaded through the application may lawfully be published and do not infringe the rights of third parties.

YouTube and its trademarks, services and API technologies remain the property of their respective owners. Video Publisher Agent is an independent project and is not endorsed, sponsored or operated by YouTube or Google.

7. Availability

Video Publisher Agent is provided for private use on an "as is" basis. Its functionality may change or stop working if Google or YouTube modifies its APIs, authentication requirements, policies or services.

8. Compliance

Video Publisher Agent is intended to comply with the YouTube API Services Terms of Service, YouTube API Services Developer Policies and other applicable Google and YouTube policies.

If any functionality is found to conflict with those requirements, that functionality may be modified, disabled or removed.

9. Changes to these Terms

These Terms of Service may be updated when the application's functionality, applicable policies or legal requirements change. The latest version will be published on this website.
