Privacy Policy

Video Publisher Agent is a private desktop application developed and used solely by its owner.

Use of YouTube API Services
Video Publisher Agent uses YouTube API Services and Google OAuth 2.0 to upload original videos and associated metadata, such as titles and descriptions, to the owner's own YouTube channel.

Data Access and Storage
The application accesses only the Google/YouTube authorization data required to perform authorized uploads. OAuth authorization tokens are stored locally on the owner's computer. The application does not sell, share, transfer or disclose this data to third parties.

Use of Google services is subject to the Google Privacy Policy:

Revoking Access
Access granted to Video Publisher Agent can be revoked at any time through the Google Account permissions page:
https://security.google.com/settings/security/permissions

Data Deletion
If authorization is revoked or the application is no longer used, locally stored OAuth tokens and other authorized Google/YouTube API data associated with the account will be deleted as soon as possible and no later than seven calendar days after revocation is detected.

Deleting locally stored application data does not delete content stored on YouTube. Content stored on YouTube must be deleted through YouTube or through an authorized application supporting that functionality.

A user may request deletion of any locally stored data by contacting: frame.zero1974@gmail.com. Such data will be deleted as soon as possible and no later than seven calendar days after the request.

Third Parties
Video Publisher Agent is not distributed to third parties and does not provide services to external users.
